Estimates only
All calculators produce estimates for education, not tax, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Verify rates, fees, and filings with official sources before acting.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the numbers you enter and the decisions you make with the results, including loads booked, filings, and purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no misrepresenting results as ours, no unlawful use.
Links & partners
Partner and vendor links (ELDs, fuel cards, EIA, FMCSA) are labeled where paid. We do not control third-party sites or prices.
Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter signups use Buttondown double opt-in. A confirmation email is required before subscription; you can unsubscribe through the provider's link at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CostPerMile is provided as-is without warranties, and we are not liable for business losses from using estimates.
